The view from our 3rd-floor room was breathtaking, but

the stairs to reach it were quite a workout! Despite this, the comfortable atmosphere and well-equipped kitchen made our stay enjoyable. Beach access was easy with a ramp, though parking was a concern when returning in the evenings.

absolutely loved the beach view! too bad the furniture was so uncomfortable and the hot tub was just okay, I thought I would be honored with an upgrade for that alone. and don’t even get me started on the closed game room, like who decides it’s a good idea to keep that closed during a holiday weekend?

The ocean view from the King Suite with Sea View was stunning. It made every morning feel special, watching the waves crash against the shore. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, which I loved. Clean bathrooms added to the overall comfort. However, the mattress was uncomfortable. I struggled with the spring mattress, which hurt my back after a night’s sleep. The TV remote was confusing, and it didn’t work properly at times, adding to the frustration. Finding parking was a hassle since the lot filled up quickly, forcing me to park on the street. A better ventilation system would have also helped, as the room felt stuffy after some time. The staff member at the front desk was nice and attentive. These little things made my trip enjoyable, but the inconveniences stood out more than the positives.

The carpets need serious attention due to multiple stains!!! A thorough clean or replacement is overdue. Additionally, privacy blinds in the bedroom are inadequate and require an upgrade!!!

This was just an appropriate option for a city trip in Lincoln City with good value for money. The indoor pool area was a nice spot for some relaxation after a long day of exploring. Make sure to check if the pool is open during your stay.

we loved our stay at surftides plaza rentals! it was just a short walk to the beach, which was super convenient. the salt water pool was such a fun addition, and the view from our queen suite was breathtaking. a big shoutout to amanda, the manager, who made us feel right at home!

Had a great view of the ocean 🌊 and easy access to the beach. Clean and tidy unit with a comfy bed. The cleaning staff was super helpful. Loved the key code lock system on the doors. Definitely worth it! 👍

The indoor pool area was well-maintained and offered a lovely experience for relaxation. Amanda from the front desk was exceptionally helpful in assisting with door lock issues, making our stay more comfortable. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking sea view from our room, which enhanced our overall experience.
